My name is Evann and I am a born and raised Mainer and have lived in Standish for 15 years. I recently moved to Limington in September of 2021 after my fiance, Dustan and I bought our first house. The process of us buying our first home really inspired me to get into Real Estate so I can help people experience the same joy and excitement we felt.

We have 3 cats, Marty, Calvin, and Chonk who are our babies. We love to travel, and love spending the Maine winters at Shawnee Peak and the summers at Higgins Beach.

I am new to the Real Estate world but have a track record of exceeding expectations, having a drive to help others, and love to problem solve. I am excited and honored to also add that I will be mentored by Sheila Helmuth.
