Josh was born and raised in Maine and was a graduate of Georges Valley High School. After high school, Josh went to the University of Maine in Orono, majoring in Business Administration and Finance. After school, just headed West and landed in Colorado Springs, CO.

During his time in Colorado, Josh worked for several Fortune 500 companies and in the telecommunications industry. During this time, as a second job, Josh got involved in the real estate investing world and soon became addicted to it. So much so that soon after he went back to school and got his real estate license and became a full time Realtor. His first two years as a Realtor, Josh worked for Berkshire Hathaway at their Southern Colorado Springs location and soon became the “Go To” guy for the local Military Community’s real estate needs.

In that time, he helped hundreds of families get into their first homes, using the Military benefits they had earned. During this time, Josh made the exciting decision to start his own Real Estate Agency. Soon after, “PCS Partners – Military Real Estate” was born.

During the six-years Josh owned the agency, he grew the company to 25 full time Realtors, closing over 800 transactions and being voted the #1 real estate brokerage in Colorado Springs three times in a row, by multiple organizations.

Josh made the decision to sell PCS Partners in 2022 and make the move back to Maine. Josh has now obtained his Maine real estate license and is excited to be back in the game in his home State!
