I love living in Maine and enjoying everything this state has to offer. I grew up in York where I learned to love the outdoors and everything it had to offer. I spent a lot of my time as a teenager mountain biking in the woods or on Mount Agamenticus. And when I was not in the woods I would be on one of the many beaches York has to offer. Through that experience and the fact that my father and brother are builders I have been involved with real estate my entire life. I grew up understanding the building process literally from the ground up. And it wasn’t just the structure that held value but the land the house was built on. I also learned to understand what was meant by location, location, location growing up in York.
After high school I attended and graduated from the University of Southern Maine on the Gorham campus. After graduation I continued to live and work in the Greater Portland area. My work experience before becoming a Realtor gave me the expertise needed to be successful. That experience involves: understanding the entire mortgage process for my customers; the ability to take on and resolve complex issues for my clients; and most importantly strong communication and excellent customer service skills.
In 2016 my family (my wife, two children and I) moved to Gorham, only miles from where I attended college. I believe in a strong work/life balance and spending time with your family. When my wife and I are not working we definitely enjoy the outdoors and being active. During the summer we spend every weekend at our seasonal campground but also manage to go biking, fishing, and kayaking. Heidi, my wife, has a good size garden in our backyard and has been teaching our son the art of gardening. Thankfully she has a green thumb because I do not. In the winter you will find us out snowshoeing or skiing at Sunday River
I also believe it is important to volunteer and pay it forward. I have been volunteering my time coaching my son’s baseball and soccer teams for the past 6 years and have volunteered for Maine Adaptive Sports and Recreation skiing program.
I would be very grateful to be your real estate agent!
