Monica has been a resident and homeowner in the town  of Windham Maine for over 30 years. She was able to design and build her own home. Monica has been a resident and homeowner in the town  of Windham Maine for over 30 years. She was able to design and build her own home. She is the mother of three children and two grandchildren.  She was born and raised in Gorham.  She attended Gorham schools.  After high school Monica went to work for New England telephone, part of the Bell System (ATT) in Portland maine, which went through many transformations throughout those years. She worked in the Portland offices for 28 years.  At that time Verizion (former NET) sold the company to Fairpoint communications and she was given the opportunity to take a position in Boston  Massachusetts while she continued to live in Maine and commuted daily in order to finish her career at Verizon.  Monica retired in 2009 and enjoyed several years at home with her three children and grandchildren. She also has worked for many years as a tender for a stonemason. She also had the opportunity to work over the last several years for a local business owner cleaning residential homes and construction cleaning for other local builders.  She is not afraid to dive into new and different things.  Her love for home and family are one reason why real estate is a perfect career choice to help others enjoy that same mission in life.  Monica also has many hobbies that she enjoys,  flower arranging, sewing, gardening, running and going to the gym.
