In September 2022 I was put into the difficult position of selling my father’s house in Windham, ME while I reside in New Jersey. I called several different realtor offices around the Windham area and the only response I received was from Dan McGowan from Maine Real Estate Experts. I explained everything to him and we set a date for me to meet with him at the house. From that date forward I couldn’t have been more thankful that Dan was the only response I received. Dan lined everything up with very little issues. He listed the house for way more than I thought we would list it for but it was the right thing to do. He showed the property several times and called me after each showing. He secured an offer for the house which was actually slightly more than what we were asking. But obviously that is what a realtor does… it was the other stuff that Dan did that set him apart in my eyes. My father’s house was full of his property.
